This introductory course will take you step-by-step through the most commonly used features of the software package. It will enable you to demonstrate your competence in producing, manipulating, and extracting information from a database, through self-paced training with practical exercises.
This course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in gaining an understanding of Microsoft Access and becoming competent in database management for the workplace.
Students in this course will study a range of topics that include:
- produce, manipulate and extract information from a database
- create and produce a database
- update data
- extract data from tables joined by on common keys
- produce a screen for input of data
- produce reports from data.
