Customer Service shows you how to develop and to maintain excellent customer service by introducing you to customer relations’ techniques including handling complaints and after sales service. This self-paced course was designed with the retail industry in mind.

The course will be of benefit to anyone in the retail industry or anyone wishing to become involved in retail.

You will not need to have access to a retail environment to successfully complete this course but it would be beneficial if you could spend some time in retail. This will give you a feel for the industry and the opportunity to practise the skills and knowledge you will learn in this course.
