Stockmarket—an introduction
The Introduction to the Stockmarket course is taught by Stockbrokers who utilise the latest technology to allow you to view the trading systems and other resources that they use to trade and make investment decisions. Students also play a stockmarket game with $100,000 to invest using a platform that simulates buying and selling shares on the Australian Stockmarket. Designed for the beginner, this course will teach you the basics of the stock market, introduce you to the terminology and acronyms commonly used, show you why stocks are essential in wealth creation and how to construct a portfolio.
