Use the following guide to determine what level best suits your current needs, or complete them all to achieve the highest competency level.

Level 1 examines the basic database concepts. You will create and modify databases and its various objects using the Microsoft Office Access 2007 relational database application.
Level 2 teaches you how to maintain data consistency, customize database components, and share Access data with other applications. You will design and create new Access databases with powerful, customized tables, queries, forms, and reports.
Level 3 extends your knowledge into some of the more specialized and advanced capabilities of Access. You will structure existing data, write advanced queries, work with macros, enhance the forms and reports and maintain a database.
Level 4 teaches you how to master the advanced administrative and collaborative features of Access. You will exchange data with other applications, automate business processes by using VBA code, and secure and share databases.
