This comprehensive program is designed to guide you through your Excel training, from introductory to advanced level. Regardless of your skill level, this program enables you to advance, or refresh, your skills in order to confidently use Excel at any level. Develop your skills, at your own preferred pace, to your own required skill level.
Before beginning this program, you should have basic computer skills such as using a mouse, navigating through windows, and surfing the Internet.
Persons preparing for certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel should complete this program.
Use the descriptions below to determine which courses best suit your current needs, or complete them all to achieve the highest competency level.
- Level 1: In this course, you will create and edit basic Microsoft Office Excel worksheets and workbooks.
- Level 2: In this course, you will apply visual elements and advanced formulas to a worksheet to display data in various formats.
- Level 3: In this course, you will automate some common Microsoft Office Excel 2003 tasks, apply advanced analysis techniques to more complex data sets, collaborate on worksheets with others, and share Microsoft Office Excel 2003 data with other applications.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) / Mozilla Firefox 2 (or higher) / Apple Safari 2 (or higher)
- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista / Apple Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher)
- Pentium III 1 GHz (or better) / Macintosh Intel-based or PowerPC G4 (or better)
- 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- 256K internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Adobe Flash Player 8 (current version recommended)
- Adobe Reader 7 (or higher)
