MS Office Outlook 2007 Level 2
This course is intended for business professionals who are familiar with the basic features of Microsoft Outlook 2007 and who want to advance to intermediate level and learn to use the new and advanced features of Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Now that you have sent email; scheduled appointments and meetings; and created contacts, tasks, and notes; you will want to become familiar with the advanced features in Outlook 2007. Using Outlook 2007, you can set calendar and message options and customize the Outlook environment to suit your specific requirements. You can track your daily tasks using the Journal feature and manage your tasks efficiently. You can also share and work in a collaborative mode by using the sharing features and public folders. Getting familiar with all of these features ensures that you can effectively manage your Outlook information.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) / Mozilla Firefox 2 (or higher) / Apple Safari 2 (or higher)
- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista / Apple Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher)
- Pentium III 1 GHz (or better) / Macintosh Intel-based or PowerPC G4 (or better)
- 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- 256K internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Adobe Flash Player 8 (current version recommended)
- Adobe Reader 7 (or higher)
