MS Office Outlook Package 2007
This comprehensive program is designed to guide you through your Outlook training, from introductory to advanced level. Regardless of your skill level, this program enables you to advance, or refresh, your skills in order to confidently use Outlook at any level. Develop your skills, at your own preferred pace, to your own required skill level.
Use the following guide to determine what level best suits your current needs, or complete them all to achieve the highest competency level.
- Level 1 examines the basics of outlook, including how to compose and send email, schedule appointments and meetings, manage contact information and tasks, and use notes.
- Level 2 is designed for the intermediate Outlook users and will teach you how to personalise emails, organise Outlook items, manage Outlook data files, share and link contacts, save and archive mails, create forms, and work offline and remotely while remaining productive.
- Level 3 is for the advanced Outlook user. You will learn how to set calendar and message options and customise the Outlook environment to suit your specific requirements. As well as how to track your daily tasks using the Journal feature and manage your tasks efficiently. You will also learn how to share and work in a collaborative mode by using the sharing features and public folders.

- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista / Apple Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher)

- 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- 256K internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Adobe Flash Player 8 (current version recommended)
- Adobe Reader 7 (or higher)
