MS Office Project 2007 Level 1
If you need to know how to create and modify a project plan, then this course will teach you how to gather information about the various tasks involved, resources required to accomplish the tasks, and the overall cost in order to plan a project. Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 acts as a tool that assists you in managing your projects.
This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage these project plans.
In this course, you will:
- create a project plan containing tasks
- organise these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships
- create and assign resources
- finalise the project to implement the project plan.
Hardware and software required:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) / Mozilla Firefox 2 (or higher) / Apple Safari 2 (or higher)
- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista / Apple Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher)
- Pentium III 1 GHz (or better) / Macintosh Intel-based or PowerPC G4 (or better)
- 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- 256K internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Adobe Flash Player 8 (current version recommended)
- Adobe Reader 7 (or higher)
