This course provides a brief introduction to the concept of project management, and is designed to encourage you to further explore the full nature and importance of project management as a discipline.
Once you have completed this course, you will be able to:
- describe the important features of project management
- understand the key factors in defining a project
- describe the role of a project manager at different stages of a project
- understand the organisational context of resource planning, and how internal and external factors influence the use of resources.
