This course is designed to provide you with an introduction to the issues relating to sexual harassment, and the laws which protect against such behaviour in the workplace.
At the successful completion of this course, you should be able to understand:
- what constitutes harassment in the workplace
- what constitutes sexual harassment
- the laws which protect against sexual harassment
- ways in which sexual harassment may be prevented and managed.
