- Level 2 teaches you the more advanced tasks available. You will learn advanced customisation techniques and work with applications and programs within Windows Vista.
- New Features: provides an overview of the redesigned user interface and interactive features of Microsoft Windows Vista.

- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista / Apple Mac OS X 10.4 (or higher)
- Pentium III 1 GHz (or better) / Macintosh Intel-based or PowerPC G4 (or better)
- 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or more recommended)
- 256K internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Adobe Flash Player 8 (current version recommended)
